The staff were all superb and the service was excellent. Although small, the hotel packed a lot of panache. We would certainly return.

Nice small hotel traditional hotel with a garden and excellent location. Calm. Nice and friendly staff who was helpful and kind to our little daughter. Bicycles for guests. Nicely decorated rooms - if lacking a bit of the final touch (and would have been nice with a decent soundsystem at these prices!). Located very near one of the liveliest bars in Forte (but far enough to not be problem with the noise) as well as some of the best restaurants
Totally overpriced for what you get (E.g only ceiling window in the room and low ceiling in parts, no good toiletries, óverall lack of special touches, unability to make reservations at the best restaurants, no bath, no proper sound system) but this is partly the location, do not think it is this hotel only. May still be one of the best options in Forte if money is no issue. Breakfast was ok but nothing you would consider great in this type of hotel. Small size means there is not really a lively feel about the place E.G. empty bar (although I think the hotel was full at the time). All in all this is not a big city five star experience in terms of quality although formally the hotel may well live up to all the conditions

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The breakfast spread had a good variety of options to choose from, and the Magnolia Restaurant was exceptional, providing a wonderful dining experience. The staff at the reception were courteous and professional, making our stay enjoyable.
The communication with the reception staff was lacking, causing a few inconveniences during our stay.

Had an amazing New Year's experience at this beachside hotel. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - right by the beach with great views of the ocean. The breakfast was amazing, with a wonderful selection of fresh fruits and pastries. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the views.
The size of the rooms - they were a bit small and cramped, but still cozy and comfortable. some of the furnishings were a bit outdated and could do with an update.

The luxurious amenities at this venue are spectacular, especially the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. the massage and beauty treatment services were top-notch, and the expert staff provided the perfect relaxation experience. the private facilities of the room were exceptional, and the room's decor was modern and elegant.
We had a minor issue with the breakfast service, which was served in an area by the entrance and lacked the luxury we were expecting. However, the delicious food and excellent service more than made up for this small issue.

Spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel with my family! The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach and near all the shops and restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, with beautiful decor and great amenities. We appreciated the complimentary Christmas dinner and the festive decorations throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The breakfast room was a bit crowded and noisy, with limited seating. The food selection was not as extensive as we expected from a five-star hotel.

Entering the elegant venue, we felt at home in the refined and exclusive atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully designed and every detail was taken care of. the indoor swimming pool and the Jacuzzi are ideal for relaxation. the manicure left us feeling pampered, and the beauty treatment was executed perfectly. the full body massage was also delightful. We loved the private facilities, which provided us with the discretion we needed.
The only minor issue we encountered was the wait at the bar/lounge area. Although we enjoyed the delicious appetizers, the wait at the bar was a little long.
